Usual Schedule:

• Mornings 
  • Tuesday 8:30-10 am with Charlie 
  • Thursday 8:30-10 am with Charlie
  • Friday 8:30-10 am with Charlie
  • Saturday 8:30-10 am with Charlie
  • Sunday 8:30-10 am with Charlie
• Afternoon/evenings
  • Monday 7-8:30 pm with Charlie
  • Wednesday 5-6:30 pm with Brian
  • Thursday 7-8:30 pm with Charlie

Class format (90 minutes):

• 5 loosenings (15 min)
• form (30 min), long or short (depending on who comes that day)
• 8 basic push hands (30 min) 
• issuing application (5 min)
• guided meditation (10 min)

Several times a year led by visiting more experienced students of Patrick Kelly. Participation open only to students training regularly with us or by special invite. email for more info.
